Matt has been involved with many
renovations and additions, including the
transition from a Cadillac Dealership to a
Mercedes-Benz Dealer. The recently
completed Phase I of the ‘Autohaus’ alteration
was mandated by Mercedes-Benz USA to
establish consistent national branding and will
ensure the facility continues into the future as
one of the premier dealerships in the Midwest.
The overall ‘Autohaus’ project has been divided
into two phases to allow for the continued
operation of the dealership during
construction. Phase I consisted of exterior
renovations and addition and Phase II will
incorporate the interior remodel of the entire
facility.
Matt provided design services,
engineering services, construction documents,
and coordination with both local and corporate
Mercedes-Benz personnel regarding all aspects
of the 'Autohaus' renovations. We were one of
the first to complete the approval process with
MB USA, balancing corporate standards with
the challenges of a nearly forty year old facility.
